Larger companies and organizations regularly offer their employees the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about health during working hours at health days or even entire health weeks.
Mental health is also playing an increasingly important role here, as more and more people earn their living with their heads.
As part of a health day or even an entire health week, employees can deal intensively with a specific topic and delve deeper into it.
Here you can combine exciting face-to-face offers with online formats.
With attractive follow-up formats, you also increase sustainability so that the topic remains permanently present.
As part of health days or health weeks, impulse lectures lasting 30-90 minutes including a question and answer session are a good way to get a brief introduction to a topic.
Keynote speeches can be held online or in person at the company or at your preferred location.
For face-to-face events, we also offer the option of Stress measurements by means of Heart rate variability analysis to be carried out (see below).
Short lectures lasting 30-90 minutes offer the opportunity to gain an overview of a specific topic within a limited time frame.
In a subsequent question and answer session, any remaining points can be clarified in dialogue, allowing interaction between speaker and audience. If time permits, an open discussion can follow.
A keynote speech can convey specialist knowledge, present new perspectives, provide inspiration, educate or motivate and should also be entertaining. Our brain learns better when we are in a good state.
To ensure that your health day is a successful event, we would be happy to clarify your specific goals and framework conditions with you in a briefing meeting.

If you offer a keynote speech on mental health topics such as stress management, burnout prevention, resilience promotion or emotion regulation as part of health days or health weeks, then a stress measurement is an excellent addition to provide a practical connection to the theoretical content.
When we humans are exposed to chronic stress, our body reacts on different levels.
In the first step, many of the body's systems are activated to make us more alert. For example, the pupils are dilated, the muscles are tensed and the cardiovascular system and the associated breathing are activated.
If we are constantly stressed, we find it increasingly difficult to relax. Even longer breaks usually no longer help us to recover. This is often followed by sleep disorders, which lead us into a vicious circle.
In particular, the central nervous system shows permanent changes that can be evaluated using an EKK-like measurement and provide an indication of how much stress a person is under or how quickly they can switch to relaxation and regeneration.
The measurement takes one minute and at the end of the measurement each participant receives an evaluation either as a printout or as a PDF by email.
