"Mental Health Breaks"
Online-Mikro-Trainings
More sustainability with micro-trainings
Micro-trainings or micro-learnings are short learning units lasting approximately 30 minutes, which are usually carried out at intervals of two to four weeks – this can be at the start of the day, during breakfast or lunch breaks, or even after work.
We offer this format either as a follow-up training to a keynote speech, as a standalone product online via a video conferencing tool (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc.) or as a video on demand in our eLearning portal. The group size is unlimited and therefore available to all employees in the company.
Short effort – long effect!
Scientific studies show that many people's attention span drops significantly after just 20 minutes. Therefore, micro-training stimuli have an optimal learning effect because they are presented in a brain-friendly manner, and the short time frame allows participants to absorb and process all the content. They can be easily integrated into everyday life, and practical units can be implemented immediately.
Due to the longer duration, the topic remains permanently present and the effectiveness of the content increases.

Theory & practice combined
Online micro-trainings are currently becoming increasingly popular, as employees can conveniently access or log in from the office or home office without having to leave their desks while learning the same amount of content. Long-term engagement with a topic also increases sustainability.
We also offer many of our formats in English.
English has become the corporate language, especially among international corporations and universities, which is why we also offer a selection of our lectures, training courses and eLearning courses in English.
Some of our trainers are fluent in English due to their many years of experience in large companies and/or extended stays abroad.

We currently offer our micro-trainings as topic packages with four training sessions each, so that you receive comprehensive basic information about the respective topic and can practice practically at the same time.
All micro-trainings contain exciting theoretical foundations as well as practical short exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life.
The content can be provided either as live training or as individual digital units in the form of texts, graphics, audio files or learning videos.
