The training of multipliers who can pass on acquired knowledge internally within the company is also a central part of our work.

Lectures & Seminars

For managers

Managers are the pillars of a company. If they are well trained and have all the skills needed to lead their team well and, above all, healthily, they not only do good work themselves,

but enable each individual employee to strengthen his or her strengths.

In particular, topics such as self-reflection or healthy leadership are central themes in our offerings.

MENTAL HEALTH

What is that, actually?

Why is mental health
actually so important?

The human brain has two functions:
It stores important information in the cerebral cortex with the aim of making the best possible predictions. In addition, the brain serves as the control center for all body systems such as the respiratory system, cardiovascular system and the immune system.

But what if the brain, the most important organ in the human body, loses its natural balance?

As in the entire body, disorders can also occur in the brain, which can lead to symptoms such as overexertion, concentration and memory problems, irritability and even anxiety disorders or depression.

In addition, impaired brain regulation can also lead to physical symptoms such as sleep disorders, muscle pain, chronic inflammatory processes, and even burnout, heart attacks, strokes and sudden hearing loss.

Maintaining and promoting mental health and preventing mental disorders therefore depends on the following factors:

  • Cognitive flexibility and problem-solving ability
  • Powerful handling of change and uncertainty (VUCA)
  • Ability to regulate mental and holistic body processes (homeostasis)
  • Understand yourself and others better

The result for the employees, the entire team, the managers and the organization is:

  • Improved employee retention and recruitment
  • Fewer sick days due to mental disorders
  • Training future soft skills and proactively shaping the future

We haven't had anything like this in a long time 😉

Ardagh Glass GmbH

Professional and pleasant demeanor, you would have liked to have listened to him for longer. It was also great how much empathy and time was taken to answer the questions.

Participant in the feedback form after a keynote speech.

The feedback from our employees was, on the whole, very good and points such as “great contribution, important and current topic, successful presentation or good approaches” were highlighted.
