born in 1971, self-employed since 1997
For over 27 years, Bettina Tittel has been studying what makes people tick – as a qualified designer, initially for over 15 years in advertising, since 2005 as a lecturer and since 2015 as a coach, trainer and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy with a focus on mental health, stress management, burnout prevention, resilience training and many other related topics.
At the end of 2021, she founded the "Academy for Mental Health" with the aim of building a Germany-wide network of experts in mental health in order to bring this central topic to the world.
Many of the concepts and training courses developed are her work and bear her "signature" due to her professional background in the media industry.
At the academy, she is the first point of contact for organization and communication and conducts the majority of lectures, seminars, training courses and individual coaching sessions.
