Micro-trainings or micro-learnings are short learning units lasting approximately 20 - 30 minutes, which are carried out at intervals of two to four weeks.
We offer this format either as a follow-up training to a keynote speech, as a stand-alone product online via video conferencing tool (e.g. Teams, Zoom or similar) or as video on demand in our eLearning portal.
For digital appointments, the group size is unlimited and therefore available to all employees in the company.
Online micro-trainings are currently becoming increasingly popular because employees can conveniently log in from the office or home office and do not have to leave their workplace to learn the same amount. Long-term engagement with a topic also increases sustainability.
Scientific studies show that many people's attention span drops sharply after just 20 minutes. Learning content from micro-training sessions therefore has an optimal learning effect because it is prepared in a way that is suitable for the brain and the participants can absorb and process all the content due to the short time period. They can be easily integrated into everyday life and practical units can be implemented immediately.
Due to the longer duration, the topic remains permanently present and the effectiveness of the content increases.
The content can be provided either as live training or as individual digital units in the form of texts, graphics, audio files or learning videos.
We also offer some of our micro-trainings in English.
English is now part of the corporate language, especially in larger corporations and universities, which is why we also offer a selection of our micro-training courses in English.
Some of our trainers speak fluent English due to their many years of work in large companies and/or longer stays abroad.

We currently offer our micro-trainings as topic packages with four training sessions each, so that you receive comprehensive basic information about the respective topic and can practice it practically at the same time.
All micro-trainings contain exciting theoretical basics as well as practical short exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

You have spoken from my heart. I was taught all these things in the clinic, it's good that you reminded me again.
