Business-Coaching

Would you like to better exploit your professional potential and further develop your skills?

Are you about to take on a new position in your career and want to prepare well?

Do you want better orientation or a career change in your job?

More clarity and orientation

In our professional lives we are often faced with challenges and changes. Whether it is an internal restructuring, a change of position within the company, such as promotion to management, or a move to a new company - new jobs often require new skills.

Business coaching can give you more clarity about your own abilities and potential and, above all, strengthen and develop them in a targeted manner.

Possible goals of coaching

  • Stress management and resilience training
  • Self-reflection, development of skills, talents, values, etc.
  • Dissolving blocking beliefs and emotions
  • Training of soft skills
  • Executive coaching
  • and much more.

Process of business coaching

In the initial consultation, we first clarify the goal of the coaching together and select a suitable coach.

In the next step, we develop structure and ideas for the topics, content and formats of the further meetings in order to achieve success as quickly as possible.

During the sessions, the goals set and achieved so far are continually reviewed and re-scaled in order to provide you with the best possible support.

Contents & goals of business coaching

Here you will find an overview of common contents of our business coaching:

  • Potential analysis: development of individual talents and skills
  • Clarification of motivation and meaning
  • Strengthening soft skills such as empathy, assertiveness, structure or creativity
  • Self-reflection and self-management for managers
  • Soft skills and competencies for managers
  • Stress management and burnout prevention
  • Resilience training
  • Resolving emotional blockages, e.g. fear of speaking or giving presentations

According to the current state of science, resilience is approximately 50% innate, the remaining 50% are skills and competencies that can be trained.

This scientifically based inventory provides you with an overview of the current state of your crisis resilience in the area of your Traits (personality traits), your Habits (learned behavior) and your States (current level of life satisfaction).

The index can be used for individuals/managers or entire teams and, if carried out twice, can document the development process.
