After studying nutritional science and medicine and obtaining her license to practice medicine, Dr. Renate Mürtz-Weiss worked for many years in hospitals and practices. Inspired by several years of work in Dr. Gunther Schmidt's hypnotherapeutic Systelios clinic, her interest in mentally supporting people grew, so that she completed many different coaching courses in the areas of hypno-systemics, business coaching, wingwave®, sports coaching, systemic coaching, NLP and much more, and uses this knowledge with passion for her work in coaching and training.
She is very interested in neuroscience, and this helps her make the best possible choice in coaching and training work to enable optimal goal achievement and learning. As a trainer, she focuses on the topics of resilience, burnout prevention and healthy, brain-friendly leadership. In her medical career, she worked as a manager for many years and is very familiar with the problems in this role. In her coaching and training sessions, she combines many years of experience in mental support with a background in medical knowledge and neuroscience.
