Individual coaching

In individual coaching sessions, individual concerns can be clarified in a 1:1 context. In a protected environment, we support you either online or at our academy in developing or strengthening skills and resolving emotional blockages.

Contents

Our individual coaching sessions can have very different content and goals.

Drivers, beliefs or value conflicts are often the reason why we become angry, frustrated, lose motivation or question the meaning of our work.

Process of individual coaching

In an initial consultation, we first clarify the specific needs by specifying the current situation and the goals of the coaching.

Together we will work out possible contents and formats for future meetings and the further schedule of appointments.

It is important to us that the content of the individual sessions is effective and can be integrated as well as possible into everyday life.

Coach the Coach


During our training, our participants sometimes find that they are still blocking certain emotions or beliefs or that they lack the skills to pass on the content they have learned to other people. It is not uncommon for coaches, consultants or trainers to seek support in developing self-esteem, their external image or pricing. Skills such as empathy, courage, perseverance or creativity are also abilities that can be specifically strengthened in coaching.
