Still healthy or already sick?


German law makes a very clear distinction between when someone is still mentally healthy and when they are already ill. The symptoms are officially defined in the so-called "ICD-10" of the WHO (World Health Organization) and determine which disorders can still be treated by a coach or consultant and which disorders can only be treated by a therapist.


Our team includes not only well-trained coaches who specialize in topics such as stress and psychological strain, but also psychologists, doctors and alternative practitioners for psychotherapy who are able to treat disorders such as burnout, depression, anxiety disorders with and without panic attacks and much more.


In our individual coaching or psychotherapy sessions, we can discuss your concerns in a protected environment and agree on the next steps together. The interventions are based on your issues, but also on the energy, time and budget available to you in this status.


Billing is done either as a self-payer or alternatively via private health or supplementary insurance (please clarify beforehand with the responsible health insurance company whether the costs will be covered).

Some of our coaches and therapists are specialized in mental disorders such as burnout, depression or anxiety disorders. Since they have worked in private companies themselves, you can expect a great understanding of the causes and dynamics of the disorders as well as practical solutions.

Managers in particular often need quick and effective approaches that can be easily integrated into everyday life in order to avoid absences and to return to their energetic state as quickly as possible.

Through our holistic approaches and interventions based on current scientific findings, we have often succeeded in helping people to regain their ability to act within just a few sessions or weeks and to significantly alleviate or even completely eliminate their symptoms.

  • Chronic stress or a permanently high stress level: typical symptoms are a permanent feeling of being overwhelmed, inner restlessness, irritability, memory and concentration problems, sleep disorders, muscle pain, metabolic disorders and much more.
  • Burnout: Typical symptoms include chronic fatigue and lack of energy, which does not improve even after time off such as vacation or rehab, as well as many of the symptoms mentioned above.
  • Anxiety disorders with and without panic attacks: typical symptoms include an irrational and exaggerated fear of certain situations, such as presentations, trips abroad or being alone. There are also physical symptoms such as a racing heart, a feeling of pressure in the head and chest, and a feeling of being at the mercy of others, even fear of death.
  • depressions: typical symptoms are lack of motivation, low self-esteem, a pessimistic outlook or discouragement.
