After 30 years in various management and leadership positions
large international companies such as Procter & Gamble, Birgit Schwinn decided to take her professional experience in strategic corporate and personnel management into her training as a Gestalt therapy consultant.
The combination of entrepreneurial thinking and an interest in dealing with people in an appreciative, meaningful way led to the founding of the Resilience Manufactory. Birgit Schwinn focuses on strengthening the mental health of managers and employees with individually designed lectures, workshops and coaching sessions. In her work, she combines her understanding of corporate management with the mindset of New Work.
