Thorsten Blaufelder is a specialist lawyer for labor law and advises employers, works councils and representatives of severely handicapped persons on collective labor law. In addition, he acts as a business mediator and business coach in internal company conflicts in everyday working life.
He also works as a certified work ability coach® and as an expert in the field of company integration management (BEM).
In a fast-moving working world characterized by constant change, he sees it as an important and fulfilling task as a resilience trainer to support people in strengthening their psychological resilience and thus being able to deal with problems, stress and crises constructively and flexibly.
Its mission is to contribute to a healthy work culture in an increasingly complex world.
